Condado Plaza Hotel

A Luxury Resort Hotel (LXR) property, this AAA 4-diamond rated resort overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and the Condado lagoon. The design scheme for the renovation called for contemporary upholstery with metal accents. Because of its custom upholstery and metal fabricating capabilities, Carsons was selected as the primary seating vendor. Carsons developed numerous custom designs for application in guest rooms, suites and public areas.

 

Denver Hyatt Convention Center

Tapping the company's capabilities with custom upholstery and metal fabricating, Carson's was selected to produce numerous designs for this 1100-room property. Carson's manufactured lounge chairs, ottomans and metal table desks for the guestrooms. Despite the scale of this project, the final walk through uncovered no "punch list" items.

 

Fantasy Springs Resort

Carson's was selected to produce custom furnishings for the public areas and suites at this 250-room Palm Springs area property.

 

Inn at Harvard

Positioned within a stone's throw of the Ivy League campus, this property demanded quality perceived as fitting the "Harvard" name and image. Carson's was determined the logical choice and was contracted to produce custom upholstery for the guestrooms.

 

Marriott Calgary

The Marriott is an easily recognized property within the Calgary skyline. Seeking furnishings befitting its downtown location, Carson's was selected to develop and manufacture sleek upholstery designs for the hotel's guestrooms.

 

Sheraton Bloomington

While seeking to convey an "established yet current" message, the designer and client sought high quality, transitional designs for this renovated property. Carson's was named the primary upholstery vendor and was contracted to produce a large quantity of pieces for the guestrooms and public areas.

 

Sonsie Restaurant

This stately restaurant is located at the Pier at Caesar's in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Some projects carry a higher difficulty factor than others. This particular one involved custom banquette seating including the circular units pictured to the left and numerous other configurations including a bar height banquette constructed to a 31-foot length. Most of the banquettes were manufactured to fit precisely within custom millwork.
